Heartwood, is historical fiction set in 1867 Bridgeport, California, and brings to life the town as it was then, as well as local characters, all woven through the mystery that revolves around Matthew Raines and a knife that belonged to his dead brother.

The Mountain is set in modern day Lake Tahoe, and brings attention to the multi-million dollar issue of the theft of Native American artifacts. Washoe history and culture are entwined with the lives of Susanna Warren and Sheriff Jeff Clellan as they fight to stop the thieves and stay alive.

Death Song premieres Detective Frank Riley in this murder mystery with a twist at the end. Someone is killing the employees at a specialty delivery company, but Frank is hard pressed to find a motive or a lead in the case until he can deal with a new Medical Examiner, a nasty business owner, and a mystery woman.   .
